I am sorry to hear that your passengers are having a difficult time securing test, sometimes it takes a little research, but there are places out there that are offering the Antigen Rapid test. Please have them contact any CVS, Walgreens, First Point Urgent Care, State Health Department, we have also partnered with Quest Diagnostics www.questdiagnostics.com, appointments may be needed. So please have your passengers call and secure an appointment. They may also try “GOOGLE”, it is a great resource for securing a testing site.

In accordance with CDC directives, ALL guests will be required to produce a negative viral COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) result taken within 2 days of their embarkation. If sailing on Sunday, the test may be taken on Friday and Saturday, and as late as Sunday, if you are guaranteed to receive your results in time for check-in.

Guests will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test along with proof of full vaccination upon arrival in the terminal and can then proceed on board.

Guests who travel internationally should always ensure they understand all entry and airline requirements to travel from their home country and the destinations they plan to visit, including where health authorities may require pre-travel COVID-19 testing.

Guests must be tested with a SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) viral test that could be either an antigen test or a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT).

  • Droplet Digital PCR or digital droplet PCR (ddPCR)
  • Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)

Please be advised that guest will be denied boarding if they do not have the covid vaccination card and a NEGATIVE covid-19 test, and I would further advise your guest to make an appointment NOW to secure a spot before their cruise. I hope this email has addressed your concerns.
