Your inbox is full of emails from various companies, and I debated adding to that. But as Kims Kruises has processed the hundreds of emails, calls and messages about cruise cancellations around the world, one continued trend has kept us going. That’s the outpouring of support from our Kims Kruises family members and support of the cruise lines. I wanted to reach out to say thank you for that!

Your words of encouragement and the memories you’ve been sharing have been uplifting to us during these times – and I hope you have found something positive in them too. Like throwback posts about your past cruise vacations and how you can’t wait to get back to the Caribbean, Greece , Hawaii or Mexico and everywhere else you have traveled.  Thank you for continuing to consider us for letting us help you plan your your special moments. We are privileged to serve you.

While we realize we all must do everything we can to contain this virus, we have been issued a Stay at Home order in the state of Ohio for now so Kim will be laid off for a short while until the State allows me to bring her back.  I however will be here (since I work from home) to service your current bookings and help book you on any future sailings that you may have.  All I ask is that you be patient in giving me time to respond to your calls and or emails.

I am looking forward to helping you plan your next cruise vacation. I will be praying for each and every one of you to stay healthy through this whole scare.
