if you find that same shore excursion elsewhere at a lower price, you can receive 110% of the difference in price in the form of a non-refundable onboard credit. This currently applies

to select 2016 voyages in Europe and Alaska.

• If you find the same shore excursion elsewhere for a lower price, submit your Best Price Guarantee form via email to [email protected] or fax to 1-661-753-1433. Download the request form here.
• Within two business days, you will be notified if your request meets the Best Price Guarantee criteria.
• If you request is accepted, you will receive 110% of the difference in price to enjoy in the form of a non-refundable onboard credit.

The guarantee applies to shore excursions advertised with pricing and publically available. This is valid pre-cruise only and requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your sail date.
